While I’m relatively new to academia, my passion for teaching started long before the classroom. In the corporate world, I spent close to 15 years in hospitality finance, working my way up to a non-gaming controller role. Along the way, I led teams, developed employees, and found real fulfillment in watching people grow and succeed. That same motivation now shows up in my classroom. I bring a real-world perspective to finance and focus on helping students not just learn concepts, but truly understand them. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing those moments when everything clicks.
